I have multiple photos but it will not allow me to upload. They are repeatedly throwing trash in their yard and it gets into my yard and I have to clean it up they leave the trash bins out all week and it’s going to cause animals and I’ve tried talking to them but nobody will ever come to the door they have lived here less then a year and I am constantly having to pick up their trash out of my yard and it makes the neighborhood look trashy.

Early this morning (December 6), while cleaning up trash that had blown into my yard, I noticed excessive garbage left in their backyard. The bags are torn open, and the mess has begun attracting animals; just last week, while I was traveling, several neighbors reported seeing a coyote in the area. This property, which is a rental, has been a recurring source of disruption in our neighborhood. In addition to improper waste disposal, previous incidents have included: • Smoking cannabis openly in the backyard. • Loud parties continuing until 4:00 a.m. • Unauthorized backyard fires without proper safety measures like a firepit. • Failure to maintain the property, such as leaving fallen leaves uncollected. I kindly request the town to investigate these concerns and take appropriate action to address the situation, ensuring the safety and well-being of our community. Homeless camps on City property East of S Park st. West S Huntington

The company that Grant Street Apartments- 800 N Grant Street hired blew all of the leaves from the property onto other properties including the street and sidewalks across from them. Instead of hiring the person to clean up the leaves, they instead moved the mess from their property onto others. They should have to pay for the removal of such leaves and the mess that they have created all along N Grant Street and E 11th Street. Occurred at 1:30-2PM on Saturday December 7th, one man with a blower.
