Grass not cut. Trash thrown in yard and left there (paper, cardboard, broken furniture items) trash can overflowing in driveway (always). Their chickens running around in neighbors' yards.
Abandon house, grass has not been cut this year. Eyesore for the entire Prospect Hill Neighborhood.

Empty lot South of 2504 S. Madison has grass 3 feet tall. This is the second time I've had to report this already this year. Owners CONSTANTLY ignore their property and it looks abandoned 90% of the time.
This house was foreclosed and is owned by a bank. Ever since they took ownership conditions have gotten worse. They don't have anyone taking care of the yard or trees. Its turned into a jungle.
