Location of your Problem: 1211 E Elliston Drive Details: This property appears to have transitioned to a residential rental in a primarily single family residential neighborhood. Normally not a problem, however, on a regular basis there are upwards of 7 to 10 cars parked in and around this property. Often they are parked facing the opposite direction of traffic and one truck appears to be a trash dump for the property. Please look into this and confirm if A) this is a legal occupancy per HAND, B) is the parking of so many vehicles permitted?, C) Are there any solid waste concerns for storing a property's trash in a truck on the street? The growth on this wire has caused the bottom wire to sag a lot. Not sure which wire this is or how to tackle the growth. It’s behind my house at 1324 e allendale and between the neighbors.

Back yard is overgrown with weeds several feet tall, limbs, debris, and fallen tree (since March). Multiple broken trampolines. We've started seeing raccoons and other wildlife from nearby property.
