I am co-president of Matlock Heights Neighborhood Association. We are an historic district and our outstanding designated Sullivan home built in 1850 was recently purchased 4/7/21 by LLC Palm Springs, FL. The grass is now 7-14” high and branch was down in road but we moved to the yard. Presently no one is living there to discuss the situation. Mrs Sullivan lived there 50 yrs and property was always well cared for. We are very concerned that no one is taking care of this historic home & property. We ask your assistance!! The property at 411 E Glendora looks abandoned and in bad repair. It was on Zillow as rental property. There is an old car on site and it has windows broken out. There is also a discarded chair at curb. Can you please direct me to proper office to report the property. I drive by it everyday and it’s getting worse and definitely an eye sore. Thank you
