Grass has not been cut. This is the dead end of sixth just past Ritter.
Grass has not been and a tree came down in the last storm.

Huge pile of cat waste behind house, visible from Ritter Street and from parking lots on Adams and on 5th. Also several cat litter bags and a large pile of wood debris in driveway. Person submitting complaint will be calling to check on enforcement progress. He believes this is a public health issue as well as smelling and looking very bad.

Resident was issued with Non-Collection Notices on 4/26/2011, 5/3/2011, and 5/3/2011 for trash exceeding 40 pounds. Resident's trash was not picked up at those times.

Vacant property. Property in dis-repair. Grass needs to be cut and trash on property.
On the east side of the house is a wheel barrel size pile of used kitty litter and is very close to the city drain. You can see it better when you go down Ritter St.
