Our water pressure has been very low all evening and continues to worsen. We do not see any signs of leaks in our house. However, there has been a construction/digging crew near our house all day. I believe they may be digging for fiber optic cables.

Just noticed that water pressure dropped a lot within the last few minutes. Is there something being worked on in the Vroadview area right now?
Our water is discolored / rusty. This is coming from the cold water taps and isn't due to a rusty water heater. (Our water heater was replaced just a few months ago.)
Our tap water is coming out of our sink with considerably less pressure than normal, and is an opaque white color. The water clears up in a few minutes and there is no lasting sediment, but it's happening with cold and hot water which is not normal for our house. We've recently had a snow plow get stuck on the fire hydrant outside of our home - not sure if that would be connected at all to this problem as the hydrant doesn't appear damaged.
