Former Sullivan's Store building at 115 N. Washington Street. Downspouts were tagged with marker (?) The building is currently vacant and available to rent. Obscene Graffiti on the ground at the corner of the used bookstore and alleyway.
The words "No Sanctuary at IU" have been sprayed on the retaining wall by the sidewalk on West Kirkwood just before Adams for months now. It looks like someone tried to remove it but it's still legible. I hope you will paint over it or do a more thorough job removing it. Thank you!
