Trying to use the online bill pay service for water, but it repeatedly is erroring out on me. Here is the error (stack trace), better error handling would be great, as this is not human readable in terms of actions to take.. Server Error in '/eSuite.Utilities' Application. The planning/zoning hearing schedule is a year behind. I have been contacted about a density variance near my home and there is no place on the site to view the details of the requested variance nor can i get a call back from Patrick Shay. The reply I got from staff was,'we are still working on that one'. This is two days prior to the hearing. This is not timely dissemination of critical information for decision making. V-54 is the issue in question.
