In December 2017 our water supply line to the house from the street was replaced. About two weeks ago, we started noticing black material coming out of the tap that supplies our bathtub. Then our kitchen sink water pressure started to decline; I opened up the faucet nozzle and found similar particles. The problem with the tub water has persisted now for some weeks and I'm concerned for our health.

I have called several times over the last 3 years to report a dangerous curb on our street corner. Last summer a young child was injured when they hit the broken curb and fell. Please take care of this soon. The standing water each winter makes it more and more of a hazard as the cement freezes and thaws constantly there. Perhaps you could eliminate the standing water and prevent another deteriorated curb situation in the future. Your quick response would very much be appreciated. Thank you.
Our toilet will not flush and neither will the neighbor's. We have both had the drainage pipe reamed out to the street and the problem is still there. We think the blockage is across the street by the stream. Please unclog this for us.

I am concerned about the sewage line between East Dunstan and East Clairmont. After the melt last year, there was a major blockage causing my basement to be flooded with sewage.The level in my home sewage line has been visibly rising the last few days, and I’d like to ask to check for blockage in the sewage line between East Dunstan and East Clairmont.
The interior of the building frequently smells strongly of sewage.
This is my third time trying to submit this concern. There is a broken small manhole cover near a fire hydrant on Weatherstone Lane. I took a photo but I think uploading it is crashing my submittals so I’m trying this one without. Thanks.
The sewer lines for 2201, 2203, and 2207 connect together and then jointly connect to city sewer. As this was done sometime in the 1950s, is this up to current city codes? Over the past few years there have been a few sewer back-ups as a result of all lines being connected. Is there a grant available to the homeowners that will allow each of them to disconnect from each other and connect to city sewer individually? In the 3400 block of S. Cedarwood Circle, the City dug up the road a few months ago, then never came back to finish the job. The road is a mess with missing asphalt and gravel/debris all around. Can the City get back out here this week to fix this and finish up the work they started? Thanks.
