Drain line Backing up in house, while in past you have said our drain lines are seperate from street drains, our yards drains, drain into the house drains so which system do they drain too? asI'm backed up once again.
Dear Madam/Sir, I am writing to report an issue concerning the curb and storm drain located at the southern end of Stratford Dr, in front of our residence (3020 S Stratford Dr, Bloomington IN, 47401). The curb is currently obstructed by leaves, twigs, and organic sediment (as shown in the attached photo), impeding effective drainage during rainfall. As a result, our front yard experiences flooding with every rain shower. We kindly request that the curb and its immediate surroundings be thoroughly cleaned to restore proper drainage functionality. Once this maintenance is completed, we are committed to maintaining the storm drain area to ensure its continued effectiveness. Thank you for your attention to this matter. For the last week, our street has smelled like sewage. It seems to get worse everyday. I don't smell it inside the house, only outside.
Brownish water is bubbling up in the road and entering the storm system.

The storm drain at Dunn and E. 7th is broken and it appears to have structural damage. The street is starting to cave in.

This week, someone with a backpack blower blew all of the leaves from the property on the wedt side of the street into the middle of the street. I assumed they were going to remove them. They did not. It is now a matted coating of leaves on a steep descent to a stop sign. Very unsafe (esp if it rains and freezes). The road needs to be cleared here to prevent an accident.
The sanitary sewer at the corner of my yard (Forrester and Kristen Ct) is putting off a terrible smell. Several weeks ago a utility truck was scoping the sewer and I did not notice before then but now it is very pronounced while I wait with my child at the bus stop.
