called into city hall - K.Cummings, AHA inputting this issue -- John stated that he has called several times regarding this issue - there are two storm drains, one directly in front of his residence and another that is across the street that are in need of repair. John advised that the grates are too low, causing them to consistently get debris on them, causing flooding.

There are holes in our line: one under the sidewalk, one under the street. They need to be fixed ASAP (we discovered the holes when a plumber was clearing a major clog the holes caused) and we need to know whose responsibility it is to take care of the issues under the road/sidewalk. We had an ice buildup issue in the last deep freeze we’ve never seen before on 3rd st. Not even from the first deep freeze. Water runs from the location and house I tagged all the way down to 4th street and hasn’t stopped even as everything else has dried up post rain. Not sure if it’s a house issue or pipe issue but figured worth noting.
