There are several potholes that have developed and are growing in size on the street where Winslow Farm road meets Moss Creek Dr. Would it be possible to have the city take a look and maybe patch them? Thank you!

Pedestrian crossing sign is knocked loose and hanging upside down in front of the BT bus stop enclosure on S. Woodscrest Drive, across from the IU Credit Union building.
The sidewalk near 1418/1416 S Palmer Avenue area is completely washed out, with dangerous potholes making it difficult to park/walk. Issue previously submitted in 2018 and falsely reported as resolved.
