A big limb of a tree in the yard of 1219 E Maxwell Ln. is partially broken and draping over the side walk in front of the house next door. It’s blocking said sidewalk, and could hit people if they happened to pass under the limb when it completely breaks off from the tree.
The sidewalk in front of 522 S. Park Avenue has consistently had broken glass over the last two weeks. It was partially cleaned but now more glass has appeared. This is a safety issue.

Potholes on E First on the north side of the street near number 412 and 509
Potholes near one of the speed bumps on E First Street, 1600 bloc.
Traveling both north and south on North Dunn Street, bushes and shrubs obscure the stop signs at the intersection at Tamarack Trail until a driver is right on the sign itself. It becomes an emergency stop for some drivers. Very dangerous for drivers unfamiliar with Dunn Street.
There is no sign marking Hillside Dr for view by northbound travelers on Walnut St. There IS a sign for those driving southbound, just not if you’re northbound.
The bike lanes on Smith Rd between 10th St and Morningside, both sides, are a mess. Gravel, glass, potholes, debris. You can’t expect bike riders to safely ride with bike lanes like that.
W Smith Ave betwwn South Madison and South Morton is a wreck, with potholes scattered throughout. The corner at Smith and Morton is continuing to degrade. Thank you.
