At the SE corner of Kirkwood and Madison, the covering over the concrete poles that keep vehicles off the bumpouts has been broken off

The light for northbound traffic on Walnut Street at Kirkwood is out of sync, it changes well after sixth street does.

There are several street lights out from the intersection with Adams on the west until the intersection with Rogers on the east. There are out here or there or appear to be very dim. I have seen our "pink" street lights go from normal brightness to dim even sometimes as I am passing one. What causes this? Does this mean I should try to report it? I realize that this is state and not a city issue, but I'm hoping you can escalate it. The pedestrian island at the NW corner of 10th and the Bypass has a defective crosswalk signal. This is for the crossing from the island south across the mouth of 10th street. It does not give the verbal cue to "wait" and it does not trigger the visual pedestrian signal (white silhouette).
