The globe on the street light in front of my house has come loose and is about to fall off. If it does fall off, it will create a dangerous hazard on our property, sidewalk, and possibly the street. Please see the photo included in this request.
Street Lights not woring!
Along southbound The Stands Drive there are at least four (4) street light posts that have the access panel and/or a light lens removed. Approximate locations are as follows: (1) first southbound side light post you come to on The Stands Drive just south E.Rogers Road (access panel is dangling on post and two light lens are missing); (2) light post located on southbound side at The Stands Drive and E.Autumn Drive (access panel is open and loose but still attached to the post); (3) first southbound light post you come to on The Stands Drive just south of E.Autumn Drive (access panel is on the ground at the base of the post; and (4) southbound light post on The Stands Drive at S.Ashwood Drive (access panel to light post is removed and sitting on top of adjacent green utility box). I filed a complaint well over a month ago about the street light that is not working in front of the house. When repairs were done to the side walks in October, the light was disconnected and just left unconnected, with the glass dome hanging at the top of light. Clearly you can see it’s not working by that alone. I submitted a ticket 200127. Today I received notification that the light was fixed. I was also told by Christina Smith to contact her if it is not. I don’t know how I am supposed to contact her when there is no email or phone on the notification, and it comes from a no reply email. The light is not working now going on over four months. Please send someone out to fix it tired of waiting as it’s a safety hazard as well.
200735 just entered this ticket and can see it open but cannot add to it. There are four street lights not working that are on the west side of the street including mine. You can clearly see this is not fixed.

Hi, we have been having issues with our streetlamp in front of our house for several months now. It will come on and go off it phases in and out and often will be out for some time then turn back on. Last night our neighbor who is a first responder for Monroe County Fire Department had his Green Toyota Truck broken into and work items stolen out of his truck. I thought it would be helpful to reach out to have the streetlamp fixed. Thanks for the help
