This is being resubmitted because the HOA Board of Directors has noted the issue has not been resolved, as reported via email (screenshot attached). Hazardous sidewalk in front of 2001 S Ramsey Drive in Cameron Row HOA Community. street light at 1301-1303 south henderson st has been unlighted for more than 2 months. i must back out of my driveway and cannot see if there are pedestrians crossing my driveway. this particular light malfunctions very frequently.

The sidewalk on both side of our driveway have become a major trip hazard with about a 5 or 6 inch drop. We have small children that have tripped and fallen due to the root system of the trees that have caused the sidewalk to raise and crack. Additionally, small animals seem to make their way under the sidewalk.
