Rough road Tapp between roundabout and Rockport it has been hand patched it needs paved. It has been bad for several years

A street sign was recently installed at E Thornton Dr & S Henderson St (on the southside of town), and it is missing again. I'm not sure if the recent high winds may have blown the sign off, or what happened. Also, the street sign at E North Dr & S Henderson St (by South High School) is reversed.
