This debris and illicit material stretches to the school corporation building that is located there. He has contacted the Deputy Mayor and still nothing has been done. There is a disgusting amount of bird poop all over the sidewalks and it smells horrible, its all over the sidewalk when I am walking to any buildings near 3rd street for class. It is hard to avoid too because it is literally everywhere.

If turning right from east moores pike onto college mall (headed west to north) there's a large piece of sheet metal in the turn lane. Looks like it might be a sign leftover from construction.

The steps from 3rd st going in to rose Hill cemetery is covered with trash. A urine soaked sheet, empty liquor bottles, etc and a syringe in the rose bushes by the steps.
