At the corner of S. Sare Road and E. Creeks Edge Road as one comes out of the IU Health Sports Medicine facility the stop sign is COMPLETELY FADED and no longer red. I can totally see someone blowing that sign and T - boning a passing car!! Thanks

Pothole needs filled just east of the intersection at 2nd and Eagleson. Always hit it turning right from eagleson to 2nd going east when turning.
