The walk signs for crossing Dunn on the north side of 3rd have recently stopped giving the white safe to walk indication. The signals just stay in the orange don't walk configuration. Since Dunn is one way southbound crossing Dunn on the north side of 3rd is completely safe when there is a green light in auto traffic to proceed in either direction on 3rd.

No stop sign on Rappel coming onto Stonelake. People just pull out from Rappel onto Stonelake even if traffic is coming from the east. Almost got hit several times.

The street light between 1527 and 1539 South Maxwell Street is very dim and does not light up the area.
