Large bulge in the sidewalk in front of this house at 3201 E Winston Street is very hazardous. (This is not my house).
College Mall Rd and Covenanter, when going through at 6:20am driving down College Mall Rd the light turns red and stays red when no traffic is coming on Covenanter. Now the turn arrow comes on for the southbound lane- again with no traffic. Please make this stay green for the heavily traveled College Mall Rd and triggered for Covenanter traffic.
Street light at 10th and Etter is out.
The roadways in Bloomington are terrible when are they going to be repaved there are potholes everywhere around the town not just focused on a certain area we pay taxes for this purpose!...
Pedestrian Walk/Don't Walk signal is blocked by a tree branch at the northeast side of S. Dunn and E. 3rd St.
Scrub trees and vegetation alongside W Bloomfield Rd just north of W Allen St is so overgrown that it's very difficult and hazardous to see traffic coming from the right when turning onto Bloomfield Rd from Allen St. This is a dangerous intersection as it is without view being obstructed by the overgrown vegetation.
The first priority of public street is to maintain a safe condition for people to drive. When someone take the advantage of “free legal parking” to extend personal “driveway” into public street permanently, do create a hazardous driving situation and the function of public street has been completely destroyed.
There is significant debris – sand and gravel – strewn across the bicycle lane in several places on North College Avenue. The debris has been there for MONTHS. The debris is very hazardous to bicyclists, especially because it is so thick and extensive. Bicyclists avoiding the debris or sliding on the debris could be struck and killed by motor vehicles – especially given that the City utterly fails to enforce the speed limit, which means that drivers have less time to react. The area with these piles of debris extends for almost the entire length of Miller Showers Park.
