The traffic light does not trigger for cars east bound on Rockport approaching Rogers Street. The timing is way off, even when there is no cross traffic on Rogers it can take several minutes before it changes.

The pothole is on the right side of the south bound lane of Rogers, just south of Rockport Road (in the south west corner of the intersection, just south of the intersection). This pothole is placed prominently to seriously injure a motorcyclist or bicyclist.
