The northbound traffic signal at Rogers and Patterson/Grimes Ln seems awfully short all of a sudden. During morning rush hour, around 5 cars can get through going north. The east-west signal seems to be around 3 times as long. Has something been changed recently? Thanks for any information you can provide.
Eastbound Patterson left turn arrow for Rogers north cycles green every time regardless of whether or not there's a car.

If you turn onto Gorley Pk going east off of Kinser, there is a tree branch sticking out into the roadway from the brush at the first sharp turn. It's a few feet into the roadway a few feet off the ground and is about 6" in diameter.
Caller says a brokn tree limb from this property is hanging over the street and is dangerous.
