Along N. Maple St near the Willowbrook Property the road has broken apart in areas and is crumbling. If these repairs could be fixed we would appreciate it, tenants have been complaining about it, however the issues are on N Maple which is not on the Willowbrook property.

The alley behind the houses (Highland and Hunter) 1310 E. Hunter is not passable. Can someone plow the snow and lay salt / sand? Students are starting to may their way back and need to access the alley.

Street name sign, corner of Kingston Dr. & E. Longview Ave. Needs replacement. It is bent and I cannot image how it occurred except a bus or truck making the turn too tight.. Thanks -
