While driving home the last two nights (after midnight, I noticed the lights at the intersection of N. College and the 46 Bypass were on their regular daytime timing pattern and not set to change on demand. Has that been changed (hope not) or is it broken?
Light at College Mall and 3rd Street is flashing red.
Ped signal buttons at 10th and Union don't work. Haven't worked since January in my experience.

Walk signal nonfunctional
Traffic light at 2nd and College is completely dead.

red lights not working facing Profile Parkway
North Union and East 10th St traffic signal does not work properly causing major traffic backups to east bound vehicles traveling on 10th street. I was curious as to when this will be fixed. In fact I have several questions regarding the traffic signals along 10th st including Jordan Ave, N Woodlawn Ave, and Indiana Ave.
