#172549 Query the status of the repair to the hole at the Hunter Foot path in the Eastside Neighborhood. The hole is getting bigger and foot and bike traffic will pick up when IU starts and somebody will fall in it and break their leg.
The trail on the north side of Winslow from Allendale to Abby Ln has trees and other greenery hanging down and into the trail, so you end up having to walk through the grass.
Polly Grimshaw Trail, east section, needs a trim, especially the west end near Pete Ellis Dr. Workers should be careful of the large growth of poison hemlock!
So when we have a 5 ft concrete sidewalk WE are responsible to clear it for the kids. As propertty owners. Then the city replaces it with 10 ft of asphalt, assuring us that we are no longer responsible for it. “We will take care of it, Parks and Rec will deal with it in a timely manner”. We get 0.7 inches of snow, the path is icy, and the city is nowhere to be seen. We have to clear the now TEN ft of path ourselves to avoid being sued. FU Hamiltlon! This is is less than an inch!
