Light won't turn green when in left turning lane to get onto 45/46 bypass unless a car is in the normal lane. The left turn arrow doesn't turn on at all. The other side where Marsh grocery store is works but the side next to the Harley Davidson is broken.

Potholes, Other Street Repair
Indiana 45 46 Bypass

Near the intersectrion of northbound 45/46 and Discovery Parkway, there are three lanes. Right lane turns into the hospital, middle lane proceeds north as does the far left lane. In the middle lane, about four car lengths south of the intersection, there is a growing pothole that is likely only to get worse with the traffic it handles. This probably doesn't seem like much, but it is only a matter of time before it becomes serious.

Light for 37 south exit onto 2nd Street timing seems off. I find myself waiting to turn on to 2nd Street for minutes, often for up to 40 seconds without cross traffic. It is common to have the light red without cross traffic and then turn green just as cross traffic arrives. Anyway, it does not seem correct.

When will this double turn lane onto 37 be open. It backs up the left lane back past Hardeeās during high volume traffic. The turn lane should be timed longer on the 3rd and 37 exit so traffic can flow better

To whom it may concern,
I am a concerned citizen and tax payer that would like to bring up an issue and question pertaining to the road construction in Bloomington, IN. In particular, my query pertains to the construction drums/barrels that are located on State road 46/45 between North Walnut street and Ellettsville, IN. I would like to know why there has been construction drums/barrels spanning this location for 3-4 weeks now, at least, with no construction working at this location. I drive home every day around 2-3pm and have not once seen construction crew at this location working since the drums went up. There have been crew work on a light down by Kinser/46/45 the last couple of days, but if this is the case i don't see why construction barrels are running to Elletsville. These construction barrels are blocking off a whole lane of traffic causing uneeded delays in travel using one if not the busiest road in Bloomington. I understand there may be scheduling conflicts with getting road crew etc out but to block miles of road with no one working on the road for weeks/months is uncalled for and does nothing but hurt the people that travel the road which consequently are the same people that paid for it. I don't think its unreasonable for an explanation. I don't understand why you would inconvenience people and shut down half the road for miles when quiet literally no one is working on the road. It seems a better solution would be to keep the road free until you are ready to start working on it, then place the drums. I look forward to hearing back on this issue and please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Dustin Headley

The stop sign at Holiday Dr. and Franklin Dr. is frequently parked too close to. If the curb were painted here or a similar deterrent I believe I could safely drive through Holiday drive towards Franklin with cars parked on both sides much more safely than currently.
