3rd Street, between Washington and Lincoln Streets, the sidewalks bordering the City Public Lot next to the police station. The sidewalk is raised above a 1/2" (ADA says less) making it hard for a manual wheelchair to get over it. Must go around the block or out into the street. Can it be smoothed down or asphalt added to make it beveled?
Walk sign to cross high street came on with audio "cross high street" at the same time the left arrow of traffic on hillside was given a protected green. I confirmed both white wall sign, audio crossing notice, and the green protected turn light were all on simultaneously. Almost got struck by a turning car (car making left turn from east hillside northbound onto high street). Request was made using the pedestrian cross button on the northwest corner of hillside and high. Thank you for looking into this.
The north/south stop light at High St/Moores Pike is not programmed correctly. The southbound traffic always goes through the left hand turn signal phase of the light, regardless if there is a car in that lane or not. This creates extended delays for the northbound traffic, especially since there is a no turn on red sign for northbound on High. This is has been like this for months, but it’s especially important now that the Sare Road construction project is rerouting a high volume of cars into High St.
I see two potholes, each measuring approximately 12 to 20 inches in diameter. The first one is located at the intersection of E Hillside Drive on S High Street, and the second one is located on E Hillside Drive, approximately 15-50 yards east of the noted intersection where the first one exists. Hello, the sidewalks along woodlawn from bryan park to the intersection on atwater are very hazardous. Many sections are unshoveled and are now frozen and slippery - I nearly fell today. Could these please be shoveled/salted? Thanks so much!
One of the tree plots/rain gardens along E. Allen St. has lots of branches and debris in it that need to be cleaned.
The alley way running between 219 E 7th Street Pavilion Heights & the neighboring property, The Manor, has developed a large pot hole coming out onto 7th Street and deterioration is occurring as well. Starting to cause potential safety and damage issue for motorists of both properties.
