We have a sidewalk in front of our home that is a major tripping hazard. Tree roots have lifted the sidewalk almost 3 inches making a serious tripping hazard. I contacted the city about 18 months ago to request to be put on the 'fix list' with us paying for the concrete, but nothing has been done. Please can this be addressed soon. Thank you.
Not sure what category this fits in. There are a few limbs that hang very low across Azalea Lane, particularly when it rains. These get low enough that they scrape across the tops of cars when they are hanging low during rain.

Potholes and edge of pavement issues on Weimer rd. Bloomfield to Tapp
Smith Road south of Moores Pike is littered with large potholes right now. I frequently take this road to the grocery store and it has gotten so bad that we have to slow down and try to go around some of these potholes.

Hello, I am writing to inquire about whether the sidewalk on the east side of S. Jackson St. between 3rd and 4th streets can be repaired. As a person with a visual impairment, I have a terrible time walking on the sidewalk in this location, which is in the block where my house is. The sidewalk is very uneven, with tripping hazards throughout its course due to decay. If I didn't have a visual impairment, it would certainly be easier to walk on this part of the sidewalk, but I know that others with no visual impairment also have a difficult time because of the deteriorated surface.
