The pavement has broken, continues to break apart and the hole expands as vehicles drive over it.

I estimate there is a segment of pavement approximately four-five feet long that continues to crumble, break apart and grow over the past year. It is in an area where postal workers and delivery vehicles stop adjacent to the house.

W Smith Ave betwwn South Madison and South Morton is a wreck, with potholes scattered throughout. The corner at Smith and Morton is continuing to degrade. Thank you.

just fyi the truck shown in this photo (9/15/2021) was stuck for a while and did minor damage to the edge of asphalt, thought you might want to take a look. west side of valley forge rd just north of pickwick pl. back of truck reads www.irvmat.com 2981416

There is a big log of some sort sitting up against the curb on 1st Street as you drive west towards the intersection with Washington. It is resting against the curb right by the stop sign. Can someone get this picked up and swept up? It is a danger for drivers and cyclists and motorcyclists. Someone will get hurt or damage their vehicle.

Pothole/uneven road. One side was filled but the other was not.

The road is patched at Hoosier St and Limestone Dr, and in the last few days a pothole has formed. It's small but I guess due to the low speed of the roads it eats wheels pretty well.
