There are two areas of the roll curb which are crumbling. Two other areas were repaired about two weeks ago, and these two were not. Also, there was an orange cone left behind by the crew who did that work. Could they please come back and repair the others? They are on Silver Creek Drive. Thank you!

We do not get our roads cleared when we have snow. We are not a private road. The neighborhood before us has their own snow removal. Thanks
There needs to be an I 69 sign here at the corner of Tapp Rd and Leonards Springs for motorists traveling north on Leonard Springs Rd. There is one for motorists traveling south on Leonard Springs but not one for those traveling North. With lots of new people moving here it would be very helpful.
There southern loop of Pine Meadows Dr is riddled with potholes. Crews attempted to fix them one day during a heavy rain and the water was so deep, whatever mix went into the potholes didn't stay. They need patched all the way up and down that southern loop of Pine Meadows Dr.
Street falling in around a drain. 2feet across and a foot wide. Looks to be at least a foot deep.
On 05Jan2018, a depression appeared on the street. It appears to be cracking through the pavement across a large portion.
The pavement appears sunken and now a water puddle remains even if it hasn’t rained...
Lots of potholes throughout Hyde Park on Winston St, Olcott Blvd, Brigs Bend, etc.
Complained of a series of potholes at the end of his driveway and rough patches down the street outside of residence at 2728 E. Brigs Bend. He wanted to emphasize that this area has been patched nearly every year for the past 5 years, and the patching crumbles and is worn away within weeks. Requests a more permanent solution to the problem other than patching. Email constituent with update.
