Pothole at intersection of N. Plymouth Road (my street) and N. Sheffield Dr. in Park Ridge East. To miss the pothole, drivers are moving to the right thereby ending up driving into the grass on the corner creating mud which gets pulled into the street.
Collins Tree Service took down a very large tree at a home on the corner of Sheffield Dr and Cambridge Dr. They have left the street and gutter absolutely full of saw dust. Also, there are now holes completely through the blacktop where either outriggers or heavy wood or something else very heavy went through it. Collins Tree Service.

This is storm damage in our neighbor's front yard from 2 months ago. She reported it as soon as the storm damage cleanup portal opened. She is moving tomorrow so is unmotivated to follow through on getting this done. We have many rats in the neighborhood due to the big dig a couple years ago in our backyards and this presents the perfect cover and housing for rats. I would like the city to pick this storm damage up as my neighbor Chantal cagle requested. Thank you
409 N Sheffield Dr. The rain last night pulled up two layers of asphalt much of which was pushed down hill and blocked up the storm drains. but Now have almost 5 inches deep of pot holes and looks like it's going to strip the other rest of the street soon. It would be nice if you could come out and look at it as soon as possible. Thank you.
My mailbox has been damaged by the snow plows. The door to my mailbox has been ripped off and one side is starting to come apart. I am wondering who I need to contact about getting this fixed/replaced.
In front of the driveway there is a pothole that everyone hits when rounding the curve of the street. It is continually eroding the blacktop and also the concrete curb area.
Hi 2 things: 1.) Using an iPhone 6, and using the (New report) Miscellaneous portion, Other issues...I keep getting bumped out of Text mode while typing in the comments box. 2.) Intersection traffic lights: The corner of Rogers & Country Club. While traveling West on CC, the West bound straight through lane is held on Red to wait, while cars traveling east on CC trigger the green turn arrow for cars to travel North. There are cars in the turn lane on CC heading south to trigger their turn arrow, but I keep thinking that I too can go, as their are no cars on the opposite side to turn in front of me.
