The creates an issue because we sit there for no reason, cars idling, pedestrians unable to cross. Just mindless waste of time sitting at a red light. Lights red for all people wanting to go straight. Mind boggling that it has been like this since last spring!!!!!

The street light at Rogers and Kirkwood has been horrible since they did construction last year (or whenever it was, I don't know how long ago). It takes forever to change, always turns out the green turn left turn light even if no one is turning. It makes me avoid the light and drive through the neighborhood, which I'm sure is frustrating to people in the neighborhood as I can't be the only one doing that. Combined with the no (right) turn on red at this light, it's extremely frustrating, especially at night when no one is around. Thank you.

College Mall Rd and Buick Cadillac Blvd traffic light isn't working properly. It cycles red on College Mall Rd when there are no cars waiting on Buick Cadillac Blvd or in the apartment complex parking lot. And it take 3-4 minutes to turn green when you're waiting at the red on Buick Cadillac Blvd.
