There is construction at the corner of W 14th and N Monroe, and the lanes are shifted slightly west as a result. The southbound lane, near the temporary construction barriers, has a series of very deep potholes that are unavoidable due to the cones dividing the traffic lanes.

3 large potholes between Winslow Road and the YMCA on Highland Ave. 1. On the east side of the road at the sidewalk entrance to Winslow Park Trail, close to Winslow Road (about 100 feet away from the intersection) 2. 2 potholes on either side of the yellow line at the curve by the YMCA Upper Parking lot entrance. Intersection of 3rd st and s Washington st. Several in north lane going west on 3rd.
Sidewalk (some areas are brick & some are cement) on this stretch could use some sanding to smooth over some areas where they are a bit uneven and a tripping hazard.
