There is a bunch of sand on the sidewalk at 401 W 7th in front of the Monroe County voter registration building. It has been there for several months so am hoping it can be cleaned up. Thanks!
At 916 S. Westhill Ct., 47403, the City began to repair the area of my street, but never completed the job. There had been a water main break. There are still orange cones in the area at the bottom of my driveway.
Dear City Hall, I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have noticed on the north side of 3rd Street, between Grant Street and Dunn Street, next to the public parking lot. The sidewalk in this area has become hazardous due to the roots of a large tree causing the paving stones to rise, creating a tripping hazard for pedestrians. This is particularly concerning because the bike lane on 3rd Street, heading east to west, ends at Dunn Street, forcing cyclists and scooter riders onto the sidewalk. Many cyclists and scooter riders have tripped over the uneven pavement here. Additionally, the sidewalk at the northwest corner of Dunn Street and 3rd Street has multiple areas of damage. These issues pose a significant risk to public safety, and I kindly request that the necessary repairs be carried out as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I submitted a request for repair of this sidewalk in front of the house with no response. So then I submitted a 50-50 request to get this repaired, also with no response. I have already seen a child fall and skin up his hands and knees due to this sidewalk which has been like this for so long. It got worse when a city work truck came over the curb to collect brush and scooped so deep that the big root was pulled up and worsened the crack. Several surrounding slabs are cracked, but this one is the worst. Who do I need to contact to get this hazard repaired? Nothing so far seems to have worked. The southwest corner of 3rd and Walnut has a curb ramp that is too high. It's one inch and shouldn't be over 1/2." So if a person with a rollator is going to up that ramp, their wheels hit and it the top goes forward and the wheels don't go up. This happened to a blind person I was escorting. It needs an asphalt patch to smooth it out and make it traversable.

Huge bump on curb, has caused multiple trips/falls in the past week in my family alone, caused damaged toe and scratches on knees / nose
The sidewalk on Sare road from around the Spicewood 2 subdivision down to the Sherwood oaks roundabout is extremely overgrown. I almost collided with a biker on a walk because there isn’t enough room for 2 people even though it’s about a 7 foot wide sidewalk. This has been complained about multiple times and nothing has been done.
There is an grayish (unpainted), stand-alone curb in the corner of the village pantry parking lot and 3rd st. Between the flat grayish surface of the parking lot and the flat grayish surface of the sidewalk. I understand this is to deter cars from cutting through the parking lot but I now know THREE PEOPLE who have BROKEN BONES because of this curb. Two were pedestrians ans one was on a bike. This curb is a HAZARD and should be at the very least PAINTED YELLOW to reflect this and hopefully prevent further accidents. Thank you.
This is a very deep, 2-3' at least, hole just at the edge of the sidewalk in 7th near college in from of the radio station. It large enough for a large man's shoe to fall through.
