The crosswalk signs at the intersection of Atwater and Indiana (near the Henderson Parking Garage) only show the "walk" symbol every once in a while - I usually just have to wait until traffic slows enough to cross. I know this is common practice, but I usually try to wait until the "walk" symbol shows so I have some degree of protection (legally) if I were to get hit. This is especially the case for this intersection because people ALWAYS run that red light, and apparently drivers don't understand what a "no turn on red" sign means.

4 along north side of 10th st going east by Bell Trace. About 5 inches in diameter. East of John Hinkle. Approximately 51 yards to the east of the intersection, 58 yards to the west from the intersection. One at the entrance of Fountain park apartments. One at10th and range rd.

This intersection is missing a stop sign on one side of the crossing. The cross traffic does not have to stop which may result in an accident if someone does not stop.

Winding Way, Kingsley/Valleyview and a few spots on Briarcliff in Fritz Terrace need to be resurfaced. Might be easy to include in Kinser Pike resurfacing project currently. Specific pothole spots include: 1012 Winding Way, intersection of Winding Way and Stonycrest, 912,1141, 1132, 1122, 1112, 1102, 1031, 3351 Winding Way; 3401, 3431, 3451, 3501, 3501, 3521, 3621, 3711, 3232, 3212, 3101 Kingsley, Kingsley and Briarcliff, Kingsley and Meadow; 3402, 3342, 3332, 3311 Valleyview; and 1121 Briarcliff. All streetlights are out on S Washington St. from E Third St. to at least E Smith. It is very dark and worrisome at night; there is very low visibility when I walk home. One of the posts has electrical wiring coming out of it. Many streetlight posts show damage. I first brought this issue up with Duke Energy and they said the City of Bloomington maintains this stretch of lights.
