South Weimer road from Tapp going north to the first house on the right has seen growing deterioration of the road at the margins in several places. It’s become a bit dangerous as people swerve into the other side to avoid the crumbled spots. It would be very appreciated if those could be filled in.
Large pot hole in front of my driveway. Looks like there may have been an attempt to fill it in with mud and softball sized chunks of asphalt. Not sure if I’m even in city limits. Please advise as pot hole is wreaking havoc on my car and street.
Sidewalk and driveway entrance concrete is torn up and needs to be repaired. My wife is blind and just walking in front of our house is dangerous for her and anyone walking by.

Deep pothole right turn lane/north lane by crosswalk going west on 3rd street turning left/east from colleg mall rd. Cannot avoid it when turning from college mall road.
Accessibility Issue: No Curb Cut. Intersection of E Covenanter and the entry to Kroger's gas station (unnamed road) This intersection has no curb cut which forces wheelchair users to go out into the street, which is a traffic hazard and dangerous. Please fix.

Stop sign on the corner of e rock creek drive and rock creek circle needs to be replaced, damaged.
the intersection at south walnut pike and rohr road they have mowed there and left all the grass in the road and on the walks. and choped up trash.
The area is at the roundabout at Sare Road by Sherwood oaks. There is a pretty large piece of concrete that needs to be picked up. It is now moved out of the street and on the curbing. It is on the northeast side of the roundabout. Looks like a curb was hit and broke the cement. Thank you. Just afraid someone will hit it.
