10th and Pete Ellis: would be awesome if there were pedestrian signals and a request button to cross 10th. In the evening, peds must wait for traffic to trigger the light so they can cross.

The asphalt is deteriorating where it meets the end of the driveway. The gutter area is also full of road debrief which will soon wash into the storm drain 50 feet away.
