Hi! It's been long enough since I worked for the City that I can no longer remember whether this is a signal that the state or the city controls, so please let me know if I need to talk to the state instead. I am a parent of a North High School student, but we're districted in South, so we carpool every day to school and back. I noticed today that the signal at 46 and Kinser Pike doesn't stay green very long for the cars on Kinser. Normally, that makes total sense. However, I'm wondering if, during that pick up time in the afternoon when traffic backs up down Kinser Pike, the timing of the light could change to allow for more cars to get through that intersection. It would be so lovely if that were possible. It's a pretty small window, starting with when the school buses leave North, probably around 2:50 or so, and maybe going for 20 minutes after that? Bloomington- *does absolutely nothing all summer* Bloomington the first week of school 9:00am: *25 men with signs and cones block off 6 main roads for an hour pretending to do stuff and everyone is 30 mins late to school and work Bloomington 10:00am-3:00 pm: *nothing* Bloomington 3:30 pm-4:30pm: *gets back out the 25 men and cones, proceeds to block off every main road in town.* I mean cmon guys. This is our tax money. Do better.

Penn Court in Park Ridge East needs resurfacing. The road is falling apart and there are several potholes including one very large one in the cul-de-sac.

The northbound lane of Eagleson Avenue between Atwater and 3rd Street (in front of the Village Pantry and Dragon Express) is sinking. The integrity of the road appears to be compromised and feels like it is going to give way.
