The street light is out in the alley behind 705 S park Ave. The alley is accessible via University St. and 1st St. I am unsure whether the light is privately owned or a city-maintained light.
Broken surface of street with crumbling asphalt
Good mornning. While I have made reports in the past, no contact or response was ever received so I started fixing the issue myself. As you can see in the photo, I am having an issue with street erosion an you can see the area I have personally repaired out of pocket. The road is to the point now where it is crumbling apart more rapidly and causing pot holes and trip hazarda. I even have an area that a fiber optic crew crushed part of the road and have never been back to fix it. The area of concern spans approx. 35-40 feet. I would love to talk to someone about the issue and what we can do to have the areas patched. John Skolak 2711 E Rock Creek Ct Bloomington , 47401

Stop sign, not installed correctly at corner of Third in Maple.
The walk signal at the NW corner of 10th and Walnut facing south is burnt out. The don't walk signal lights up but the walk does not. Thanks!
The left light in the south bound lane. The red is out.
The street light on Brumley Ct. near the front of our house just went out. It is the only one for our street, so it is pitch black at night. Please fix it.
There is a sink hole in my front yard adjacent to the street, where someone may park. I have contacted the street department and the utilities department and have received no word on a resolution. They just put a pilot over it. I have added some reflective sticks to the hole so it is very visible to walkers and children. However, I continue to feel that this is a dangerous situation. A car wheel could get caught in this, and if someone’s foot got caught in it, it could cause serious injury. Please address or let me know what the plan is. Thank you.
