E. Covenanter signal at College Mall Rd stays green far too long 24 hours a day. 50 seconds is too long for the amount of traffic that uses Covenanter. It causes back-ups on College Mall Rd during the day, and I sat for almost a minute at 2am last night on the way to the emergency room.

The traffic light at the intersection of South College Mall Rd and Covenanter has messed up light timing early in the morning. I go to work and am passing through the intersection at about 6:05am, and the people traveling on College Mall Rd (which is the main road with the most constant traffic) only have a 25 second green light, when the people traveling across Covenanter have a 50 second green light. Please pretty please consider switching the two light timings so that the main road has the most time to pass through the light, or make it a sensor triggered light perhaps at that time of day? Most of the time not one person will pass through crossing over on Covenanter while there are 5-8 cars waiting at the light on College Mall. It really makes no sense. I hope this can be changed. There is a hill and steep curve on Kinser Pike, just north of the bypass which needs salt.
sign "Temporary access to IU driving range" was not removed when hwy construction finished. INDOT says it is not their sign; maybe IU.

Rogers Road from the High Street roundabout up the hill towards Sherwood Oaks Church. Some were patched several weeks ago and most of them are bad again, but just to the west of the bridge near the roundabout on the east side is a series that have been there for a long time and not fixed. Thanks for the efforts the department provides.

The streets in Windermere Woods are in bad shape in many spots. Pot holes in the middle and where the streets meet the curbs, etc. It is getting dangerous for walking and for biking and is als not good for our cars. We have called the city several times over the past five years or so and been told each time that "we were on the list" for repairs. Please repave our streets.
