I often find that this light is red for traffic on 3rd street, with many cars stopped and waiting most times I cross this intersection. There is much more traffic on 3rd street than Woodscrest and Hillsdale. It has often led me to believe that the light might be mistimed, biassed towards the traffic crossing 3rd street. I am not at all sure that it is indeed mistimed, but it seems like it, and might be worth checking if there is a way to assess that issue. The pedestrian crossing buttons at all four corners of East Third Street and Hillsdale/Woodscrest aren't working. Pedestrians never get a walk signal. In addition, the traffic light stays green for Third Street car traffic until a vehicle pulls up on Hillsdale or Woodscrest to wait at the light (meaning pedestrians often must try to cross when there are drivers turning left across the crosswalk).

The intersection of W Hunter Valley Road and State Road currently has a no turn on red sign for those turning right onto State Rd 46 from Hunter Valley Road. Is it possible when west bound State Rd 46 traffic has a green light/arrow to turn left onto Hunter Valley Road that those north bound on Hunter Valley Road wanting to turn Right get a green arrow also? Cedarwood Circle between Cedarwood Dr and Claybridge Dr has deep cracks all along that section of the street and requires repaving. This issue was reported previously and the case was closed without any repairs.

It seems like the sensors at this intersection (W. 3rd and S. Kimble) aren't functioning correctly. I have noticed since the holidays that this light is often red for east/west traffic. I've approached the light several times as it turns red without any north/south vehicles at the intersection that would trigger a signal change. I just don't remember this light being red for east/west traffic as much as it has been lately. Maybe just pop out there and have a look? No need to respond to me, just getting a ticket into the system. Thank you!

The pedestrian walk light does not allow enough time to cross the road going northwest to northeast across Walnut.

A "Use the Zipper" or a "Take Turns Merging" sign (with a "Start Merge Here" sign) would make the merging by the new hospital safer. People queue up on one side and get angry/aggressive when others do not want to queue so (unnecessarily) early.
