1101 S.Fess Ave. The pavement next to our driveway continues to crumble away. A trench had formed that gets worse with each rain. Could we please have some extra pavement material added to make street level with driveway and in line with rest of street? Thank you.

Potholes on E Third in front of the new Panera. Old utility cut that is subsiding. E Second Street on the south side of the street, starting at the schools if you are heading west towards the intersection with Woodscrest. More than 1.
W. Dodds from College to Rogers is horrific. Its so rough its possible to loose control after the pedestrian crossing heading west. It is really chopped up and needs resurfaced as it is heavily traveled.
N Walnut from 11th to 14th is in horrible unsafe condition. There is a "ditch" at one point that I almost got rearended at because I slowed down to avoid damaging my cars suspension at. It needs resurfaced.
Blacktop/pavement has bubbled and sunk at off-ramp left turn area. Large crater and obvious hump in blacktop/pavement.

Pothole near intersection of S. Lincoln and Dixie, right in the middle of the traffic-calming area, which makes it impossible to avoid the pothole.
