Street light just went out on the SE corner of Walnut St & 17th St intersection

The timing of this light needs to be checked. Traffic light facing east (signaling vehicles heading west down 17th Street) is very short. Light stays green for less than 10 seconds, allowing only 3-4 cars through. At times traffic is backed up all the way to Dunn.
