Pothole at this intersection on the north pedestrian walking lane.
Fairview s from 4th st
I watched this pothole develop within a span of four days. It was already a heavily cracked area of the asphalt; all it needed was for one piece to shift out of place and the whole section seemed to go. This is on downtown 3rd St. and cars are swerving to avoid the hole now. The amount of honking has increased, the noise is a nuisance, and there are chunks of asphalt scattered in the middle of 3rd St. I am personally worried about bicyclists riding into this hole.
pot hole/damaged pavement/culvert and standing water
Pavement markings need to be repainted
At the South West corner of Indiana and Kirkwood-across from IU Sample Gates, and in front of IU memorabilia store, the handicap pedestrian ramp is completely deteriorated at the juncture with the road. My wife and I saw a man in a wheelchair nearly tip over, and fail repeatedly in trying to descend from sidewalk to cross street to campus. Two passerby's finally aided in his journey. It is very dangerous and unaccessible for handicapped folks.
Northeast corner of Third and Washington Streets. The sidewalk is raised above a 1/2" (ADA says less) making it hard for a manual wheelchair to get over it. Must go around the block or out into the street. Can it be smoothed down or asphalt added to make it beveled?

On Covenanter: near the intersection with Pickwick: pothole at the speedbump. Also, near 2312 Covenanter, another one near the speedbump.
For your second round of leaf pick-up: there are still substantial amounts of leaves along E First Street, specifically in the 200, 300, 400 (412 in particular), 1200, and 1300 blocks. Thank you!
