At the top of Wylie St where it meets Fairview the school bus driver has reported the tree is covering the Stop sign.

There is a new apartment complex, located near the corner of E. Cottage Grove Ave. and N. Walnut Street. Tenants are leaving the parking lot and exiting onto Cottage Grove Ave. Cottage Grove is a one way heading west. They proceed to head the east on Cottage Grove, and as they then approach N. Washington Street they turn without stopping because there is no stop sign. Afraid there may be a wreck, requesting remedy.
