Large pothole

This is my 5th time reporting about this pothole and it has been 4 months since I have reported first. This one is a very BIG HOLE and please fill this hole AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Please let me know the ETA. Pothole Location: IN-FRONT OF 2776 E CREEKS EDGE DR, BLOOMINGTON, IN 47401.

At the corner of kennedy dr and burkes dr. Street light is out. Walnut springs duplex community

Alley north of 1203 N Lincoln has large potholes which need to be filled before they cause damage to vehicles.

street light burned out #15 in front of 832 W. Rosewood Drive

curbs on West side of Lincoln St between 6th and Kirkwood are badly broken and hazardous.

Multiple street lights are intermittently off. In front of Ivy tech. School are 2 and I'm front of the building with the business called TSC (1983 St. address) I have counted 4 lights that are frequently off.

All of the street lights on Bloomfield road (45 North and South) are off. Starting at the overpass of 37 and highway 45; continuing to Curry Pike. This section has been off for awhile now. The map marker, is placed on the huge area light that is suppose light up the on/off ramp of 37S. I suppose this still could be tied into the lovely I -69 stuff, but it has been like this for too long in my opinion. Thank you Randy Craw 812-360-3600
