These heaps of gravel can be found on E. Second, going towards the wooden foot bridge. I have no idea where they come from. However, next time there is a good downpour they will most likely be washed down the hill to the drain at the intersection of Eastside and the church parking lot, causing the intersection to flood. Hi 2 things: 1.) Using an iPhone 6, and using the (New report) Miscellaneous portion, Other issues...I keep getting bumped out of Text mode while typing in the comments box. 2.) Intersection traffic lights: The corner of Rogers & Country Club. While traveling West on CC, the West bound straight through lane is held on Red to wait, while cars traveling east on CC trigger the green turn arrow for cars to travel North. There are cars in the turn lane on CC heading south to trigger their turn arrow, but I keep thinking that I too can go, as their are no cars on the opposite side to turn in front of me.
