I own property at the lower end of Brooks Drive (1305). The section between where the cutout for my neighbor's drive and my property is covered by an easement I granted several years ago to the city. That section of pavement is badly in need of new blacktop as is the driveway on my property. I need to get some guidance about what I can do--and any help the city might provide. On the west side of Park Square Drive the weeds have got extremely tall. It is a real issue trying to pull out of Highland Park school is a very dangerous situation as you can’t see traffic coming from the North. Weeds are almost as tall as street signs also posing as a traffic hazard.
