No horrendous bumps as tree roots push up sidewalks, but a number that could trip pedestrians on a street heavily used by walkers. Thanks very much for your attention to this matter.

Two sets of wires that are loose and not connected to anything. They are hanging on two parts of the fence in the back alley behind 15th Street behind 315 and 319. If they can be taken down that would be appreciated.

This alley floods every time it rains, making it difficult for cars to pass through. It stays flooded for a while after the rain stops. If there was more rock in the alley it wouldn't flood so much/stay flooded for so long.
